FOUNDER
PAUL MILLER
After gaining an Economics degree, Paul has worked in financial services for over 30 years, with a background in large corporate companies working as a Business Development Manager with Friends Provident, Aviva and then Axa, and has been a financial adviser since 2010, firstly with Origen financial services and for the last 6 years with Fairstone Wealth Management.
Paul is a Chartered Financial Planner, A Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and has the Pension Transfer Specialist Qualifications AF7 and G60.
Outside of work, Paul is married with two children aged 14 and 9 in 2024.
Paul is a keen skier, both with family and friends, enjoys travelling and nearly all Sports, is an avid (but very average) golfer, enjoys cycling and unfortunately for him supports York City.
TRACY PRESCOTT

Tracy has worked in financial services for over 20 years, after her accountancy apprenticeship Tracy joined Lloyds Bank working in a variety of roles both onshore in the UK and offshore in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. She then went on to work for MBL Financial on the Isle of Man and upon returning to the UK worked for Brown Shipley Private Bank and has spent the last 3 years working with Paul and Muhammed at Fairstone Wealth Management working as Paul’s Paraplanner.
Tracy is CII Diploma Qualified and is a member of the Personal Finance Society, she is currently working towards and nearing Chartered Status.
Outside of work, Tracy is married with two children aged 12 and 8 in 2024. Tracy enjoys holidays with her family, artwork, going to the theatre and watching rugby, but spends most of her time taking her daughter to Drama Classes, auditions, shows and her son to rugby training and matches!
MUHAMMED JAMAL

Muhammed has been working in financial services for 10 years, and recently qualified in CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Prior to the current role Muhammed worked at Fairstone Wealth Management managing Paul's business in a key administration role for over 3 years, and prior to that worked in a number of roles in banking and insurance with Lloyds Banking Group.
Outside of work Muhammed enjoys music and music festivals, and enjoys cinema/films.
